With each new rating, the project Karatyel proves the number of public and private institutions from which citizens expect answers is increasing. This month, for the fourth time, we summarize the effectiveness of the work on different levels, and this time 120 structures were included in our list. Note that in the previous list it did not surpass the “100 structures” mark.
The most active users of the mobile application are the residents of Kyiv and the region – almost 40 authorities responded to their requests. Three of Karatyel regular users are also residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region together with residents of Lviv region. In each region, 12 state institutions were involved.
Overall, in August, work was evaluated in:
- 9 oblast state administrations;
- 33 city and district councils;
- 14 departments of the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine;
- Patrol Police Offices in 11 Regional Centers;
- Road services in the Kyiv region;
- The Main Directorate of the State Consumer Service in the Kherson region;
- Kyivdorservice public utilities and Kyivavtodor municipal corporation;
- 24 district administrations in Kyiv, Lviv, Zaporozhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odesa, and Mykolaev;
- Joint-Stock Company “Poznyaki-Zhil-Bud” (Kiev);
- Communal enterprises and road-operation departments of 6 district administrations in Kyiv.
So, last month we closed 460 applications. And here it is worth reminding you that this rating is formed monthly on the basis of the ratings of people who, through the mobile application “Karatyel”, have stated offenses and have already received an answer to their appeal.
As can be seen from our general infographic, the most applications for correction of violation were received by the Office of the Patrol Police in Kyiv, the Department of Improvement and Infrastructure of the Dnipro City Council, Solomyanska District State Administration in Kyiv. However, quantity does not mean quality. The mark was 100% scored by 45 institutions, where the TO-3 consisted of the Department of Urban Improvement and Environmental Protection of the Kyiv City State Administration, the Department of Infrastructure and Improvement of the Zaporizhzhia City Council, and the Zhytomyr City Council.
In addition to the general list, we continue to maintain a separate rating of metropolitan district administrations. After more than 110 applications for August, which received a response, were associated with problems in the Kyiv RSA.
Unfortunately, none of the 10 regional administrations of the capital received 100%. The closest to the maximum estimate (90%) was the leadership of the Pechersk district, where Serhiy Martynchuk presided. The largest number of closed appeals in August was from Svyatoshin and Solomyanska regional state administrations. However, the Svyatoshin RSA, headed by Volodymyr Karetko, showed better performance of processing our applications than Solomyanska. The worst performers in the Karatyel rating in August are the Shevchenkivska and Dniprovska District State Administrations in Kyiv. Employees of the Shevchenkivska District, where Oleh Garyaga is in charge, and Dniprovskyi District, which is cared for by Petro Onofriychuk, have only half successfully closed applications in their account.
