Another notch on the rifle stock, another remainder of the job well done. The riffle mentioned was upgraded for the people’s donations. And sniper who operate that riffle helped it to find another goal. He reported about that to the head of the Ukrainian Volunteer Center The People’s Project Maxym Ryabokon personally.
For the people’s donations collected in terms of The “I Am Sniper” Project we purchased for this sniper a set of several magazines, a handle and a tripod. On top of that we purchased gunstock, arch and stock. Those last 3 were manufactured at the KRUK armory out of the lightweight metal alloys, according to a special blueprints. This upgrade cost about 20,000 UAH. And this investment into a defense of Ukraine perfectly justifies itself.
You will be surprised, but under these modern upgarde kit hides a usual Mosin riffle, which got into the mass production over a 100 years ago. Many shooters are quite skeptical about such a prehistoric gun. It is believed to be unable to hit something properly with a riffle like this.
However, we are confident, and once again have it confirmed in practice. A good sniper can reach an enemy with any weapon. Especially, if it is familiar and well known rifle. Especially, if it is properly equipped for military tasks and precise shots. Such a sniper can reach an enemy at any reasonable distance.
