Look, friends, this is really pleasing. While searching for a proper video to illustrate the performance of an anti-aircraft gun, we have come across this one. A while ago, in 2016, we transferred three vehicles to the Marines of the 503 Battalion headed by Vadym Sukharevskyi: these were three powerful Fords slightly rearranged to fit the realities of military job. Eventually, the guys decided to remodel one of the vehicles into something else, so mounted a potent anti-aircraft gun ZU-23-2 onto its chassis. As a result, the Badgers got not only a convenient means of transportation but also an opportunity to cruise along the front line and regularly emerge in its hot spots to neutralize the most active terrorists.
Obviously, we have initiated the conversation about an anti-aircraft gun not by chance. This gear makes a potent mobile weapon that allows to effectively solve certain issues arising in the course of a combat. A relatively accurate double gun of the 23mm caliber is something more than just a wonderful means of anti-aircraft defense..It also allows to suppress any hostile fire activity at the distance up to 2km, keeping fairly in line with both the Minsk agreements and the truce provisions.

Actually, when in action, an anti-aircraft gun produces quite a visible torch of flame 1.5-2m high after each shot, which can be seen from a huge distance. Naturally, this immediately draws the enemy’s attention and results in focusing its fierce firepower on this spot. As a proof:
A group of Kharkiv engineers have found a solution to this issue. They designed and manufactured a special barrel nozzle able to dissolve the outcoming flame which allows to keep a gun’s position in secret. In turn, this diminishes the risks for our servicemen’s lives. In addition, the engineers developed a gun front armor kit which does not affect the mobility of the system while ensuring a considerable level of protection against bullets and shrapnel for a gun operator. Hence, the main goal we pursue is to protect the lives and health of our guys who effectively transform the enemy into a rosy dust. These elements of equipment do not belong to the government-budgeted military expenditures so our army men applied to us, volunteers, seeking assistance.
