Upgrade InformNapalm project needs support

At the end of last week The People’s Project launched a new crowdfunding initiative. It was created to help the InformNapalm volunteers, buy laptops and accessories to aid in their investigative work.
Undoubtedly the work carried out by volunteer organizations is of great importance in the fight against Russian aggression. We were pleased to support the project and to enable OSINT (Open Source INTelligence) experts to do their important work more effectively.
In the resulting associated “Upgrade InformNapalm” project you can learn more about what is important to their investigations and work towards a common victory for Ukraine. On his Facebook profile, co-founder of the volunteer group

On his Facebook profile, co-founder of the volunteer group  Roman Burko (he posts in Russian) has asked for support of the project. Here is a translation.
“Hello everyone. Friends often tell me that # InformNapalm has established itself as a powerful information platform, in the international community, which has synthesized a hybrid type counter attack on the aggressor in the information space, combatting propaganda and misinformation and providing evidence of potential war crimes.

“‘The sinews of war are not gold, but good soldiers; for gold alone will not procure good soldiers, but good soldiers* will always procure gold.’ This quote from the Italian philosopher and writer Niccolo Machiavelli very accurately describes the essence of the international work of the InformNapalm volunteer community. The investigation and translation team have enthusiastically built an effective system of information warfare, which is the envy of many government agencies with significant funding and authority.

“At this stage of development in our volunteer intelligence gathering structure, we came to the conclusion that we have formed a powerful core of OSINT-expert volunteers who have received invaluable experience in the issue of data collection and analysis. But each good soldier * should have good weapons. We recently, thanks to your help, wwere able to collect the required amount of funds for the purchase of components (SSD, graphics card, RAM) for our volunteer, creating video products for the InformNapalm community. Also, thanks to your donations, we were able to pay for the additional servers required for the project. But one of the most important cornerstones of the effectiveness of intelligence community work is the need for the OSINT-core volunteers to have “good weapons”, namely laptops.

“And it is here where the guys from the famous The People’s Project have come to our aid, who supported the formation of a proposal based on our request and stressed the need for an effective reporting system for targeted acquisition of technology. They prepared a presentation and description of the project, took care of all the organizational issues related to the fund-raising target, for which we want to express special thanks. The project platform, Upgrade InformNapalm was created a few days ago, but the for official fundraising launch, we decided to start today by announcing it on the pages of InformNapalm volunteers. May 23 we will assume as the zero point, but to date the project has managed to collect more than 1000 UAH in the framework of this program.

“I ask all who care about our work to study carefully this page:

“And if you think that the request made by us is reasonable, support us with financial donations and/or Like/Share this post.

Thanks to everyone who believes in us and fights with us. Thanks to you, we will be able to more efficiently burn the enemy in cyberspace.

Glory to Ukraine!”
