Ukraine Benefit Event in New Brighton

Support for Ukraine spreads far beyond its borders. Faith Christian Reformed Church in New Brighton, which constantly helps needy and displaced people, announced a charity auction to save Ukraine.

Goal

The event aims at raising funds for thermal underwear, warm clothes (fleece jackets, sleeping bags), and medicines (individual first-aid kits, anti-colds, and antiseptics) for defenders, medical workers, and volunteers in southern Ukraine. A significant part of the funds will be donated to the open fundraising campaigns run by the People’s Project volunteer association. The money raised from the successful bidder will be sent to help the following people:

• Ukrainian defenders;
• Doctors, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians who provide life-saving treatment to people affected by hostilities;
• Volunteers.

The church invites everyone who can give a hand to participate in the auction.
